Default info screen

What is the small circle with the number mean? Next to the little squares at the bottom right hand corner of the info-screen. I assume it means phone 4g and strength bars. Couldn't find anything in the owners manual on this, but supposed I could have missed it!

I think you are talking about the number of alerts. Try clicking on it. I think it will display them.

Like I said earlier, I think you are talking about the "number of notifications". I called it alerts before. Here is a photo. I think its where the red dot is, in mine. I don't have any notifications, so I could not demonstrate. But its a touch screen. If there is a number there, and you touch it, I think it will display some notifications. Sometimes its about an update. Not always.

Here is an update. I was wrong about the location of the number. The red dot shows that the PDR is on. But the number, when it appears, is to the left of the 4G power bars. Mine is actually inconsistent as to when it pops up. But here is the number 2. When touched, it will display the 2 notifications. However, on mine, even when that number is not displayed, I can still touch that area and the notifications will show up. After I cleared one of the notifications, the number changed to a 1. Here is a photo and a video.

Yes. Thats what I was referring to. Never thought about notifications.

The little squares represent the number of notifications?

The red dot means "touch here"?

What does the reverse tear drop mean?

Thanks for the reply

red dot is PDR is recording. little squares are the 4G power bars. the number of the squares represents level of 4G signal. tear drop - I don't know. Circle with number is number of notifications.

I still don't know, but I do know it does not respond to a touch. After looking at other screen items, I will say that the "upside down" tear drop looks suspiciously like the destination symbol that is on the Nav displays. I entered a destination, but the that symbol did not change, and I don't think it responded to touch then either. I am wondering if it change color if a destination is reached - but I have not checked for that yet.
