I've selected file override for PDR recordings but it doesn't seem to work all the time?

 

It’s been reported as an issue, I have a very large card and when it fills up it does not record over.

 

Can you describe what happens when it fails to record? I gather that you are you saying that it usually over records but occasionally doesn’t record at all?

is it possible that you are seeing write errors? As the card becomes fragmented you may experience write speed errors. That is why the Owner’s Manual recommends periodically reformatting the card.
