Default Quick PDR question

I have two videos recorded - my drive out of the museum, and our TotD run.

If I turn it on "constant record" will it overwrite those videos when it gets full, or just use the available space on the SD card?

SD cards are cheap so not a big deal to buy a second card, was just curious

It's a configurable option, as you can see in this post: https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...post1605380912

As above, it’s your choice whether to overwrite the oldest files or not. You should know, though, that once the card fills up and you overwrite files over and over, the files themselves become fragmented, perhaps severely so, and that can cause write errors on some cards. That’s why it’s a good idea to reformat occasionally. I use a 512GB card and reformat every eighteen months or so just to be safe. The owners manual suggests reformatting periodically, and you can do that in the infotainment center.

Another option would be to pop the card out, drag and drop the files onto your PC...then reformat the card in the infotainment center.
