I was approved the same day I applied and the funds were in my checking account the next day.
I had the same experience with Lightstream last week. Super easy and that rate isn't bad after the recent hikes.

Last year when I went to pick up my car the dealer proposed what he said were great financing rates. I told him no thanks I'll pay cash. He then said let me see what I can do. He came back minutes later with a better rate. It was 1.99% in Sept last year.

I looked at these prices and it seems to me that they are quite good. But still, before taking a loan, it is better to consult with brokers. Recently my brother decided to take a car loan. But since my brother understands almost nothing about this, I advised him to contact a brokerage company. He searched for a long time and came across the Mortgage Advisor Sheffield website. And it was a great decision, he was helped to choose a good loan, and helped throughout the transaction. So it is best to conclude all transactions through a brokerage company..

Old Thread. Great idea to research rates nowadays because they're through the roof.

Rates can vary quite a bit depending on various factors. If you ever want the most up-to-date and accurate information on loan rates or if you have any financial questions, consider reaching out to a Mortgage Broker in Wolverhampton. They can provide you with expert advice to make sure you're getting the best deal. Keep digging for those great rates!
