I pulled the trigger on a C8 2 weeks ago, following a cancellation from a customer (I think I was entering the dealership when the order was cancelled, but it had already been accepted by GM).
C8 Coupe, 2LT Hypersonic Grey, Z51 + Magnetic Ride. GT2 seats and Gloss Black wheels. Exactly how I wanted it.
Car should be produced after the factory close, with an est. build date around the 5th of Sept afaik.
FTR, I was in line for a BMW M4 Comp for months and I decided to look around for other options when I saw this opportunity.
Talk about great timing. Looks like a very nice build and hope no further delays happen so you can get into your car soon.
Welcome and hope you enjoy the forum.
Thank you!
I got lucky snatching that one (ofc above MSRP, but comparable to my M4 build so it stayed within my budget).
Hopefully the factory issues don't impact the build day. Not just for me, but for all the people waiting for their cars.
