MyChevy App issues?
The car is on the road as I am writing, but the app says last connected 12 hrs ago, which was when I sent the last lock message remotely through the app. I just located it on the app as well. I'm just wondering if it is an app glitch.
The OnStar helpline told me to log out and clear the cache on my phone. I did not do that because I didn't believe that was the problem. When my wife got home, I checked it on her phone, and she's no longer receiving updates either. She has a new iPhone.
After locking the car with the app, it showed connected "just now," but it's still not updating data. Both of us have the latest version of the app, and the car has been driven 300 miles since last Friday. It's still showing the mileage on that date, and an 82% full fuel tank, when it's actually approaching empty. Tire pressures are showing 29 and below, when they are now all at 34-35 psi after this afternoon's drive.
