Performance Timer Reset Checkmark?

Performance Timer Reset Checkmark?
I get how to enter timer start/stop times/and enter launch mode, but sometimes when I drive normal my timer starts, then shows a Checkmark circle with reset. I tried searching for a Performance Timer checkmark button to press for "Reset". Anyone know where the "Reset" checkmark button is located, or what to press?

Was shooting for 80.1, but got distracted by that damn reset Checkmark!

Well, thanks for the reply's everyone. I went out and tried it. Never even knew I can actually press down on the scroll wheel like a button. I thought it was just scroll wheel up and down, arrow buttons left and right.
