C8 windshield
I know I've seen this on the forum somewhere, but how do you "color" the team corvette in the windshield? Thanks for any info.

I used some spare vinyl wrap material. Stuck it to a piece of poster board and trimmed to fit. I left just enough so that I could remove it if needed.

Yep, a snug fit between the dash and windshield.

Sounds like an easy and simple way to get the letting to show up in color.

I too used the Walmart Vinyl folder, I was worried that poster board would deteriorate from moisture.

From what I'm reading it must be a tight fit. Correct?

You applied that decal from the inside? It looks like it would kick My ***.

Not exactly...you apply the decal material to a thin piece of posterboard (or similar) cut to a rectangle large enough to be seen underneath the "Team Corvette" lettering...then slide the decal-covered posterboard down between the dash and windshield in that area where the lettering is visible. Its held in place by friction in the tight space, basically. Here's a YT video showing how/where it slides in:

No!
The logo is already on the windshield. You are coloring it from behind. No decal is involved.
Cheers!

It would be the easiest and least expensive mod you can do to your car.
