I picked mine up yesterday. Awesome experience and would recommend. Everything was top notch.

Hendrick race team was also there picking up 5 Z06s. They were actually in the diner the same time I was.

Several z06 modes were on the assembly line and around the plant and museum

Started raining as we pulled out

I'm doing museum delivery on my car as well. I was wondering, do you get a tour of the assembly plant?

I will be doing museum delivery next Thursday. I was a fortunate winner of the museum raffle in September. Arctic White.
Having the museum install the radiator guards and Z06 rockers from ACS.

I picked up mine on 11/19, and agree with the OP - it’s an amazing experience.

We couldn’t do the tour of the plant, unfortunately, because the dates were blacked out that week. It turns out they were building electric Corvettes on the production line those weeks. It sounds like maybe early pre-production E-Rays. They supposedly were hybrids, with electric power on the front wheels.

If I ever buy another Corvette, there is no doubt I’ll do R8C again.
