There are other threads discussing the same question, but I agree that there certainly are many opinions with few definitive answers. It would be good to know what is the optimum length of lift compared to the tire clearance, as well as the optimum length for the jack pads that fit the best with the C8. Pretty much all of them can handle the weight, so which one is the easiest and most functional to get?
The TLX series (5000 or 7000) are the only ones that will reach the recommended lift points. The QuickJack comes with two sets of rubber pads - short & tall - to put between the jack surface and the jacking puck. My C8 is lowered 3/4" and I use the shorter set with Paragon permanent jack pucks. Works great.
