I am good with my stock black. I like this mod though from Falcon. It really closely matches the rear vents.

Not a fan of that surround. Prefer this one.

I think both fit the "solution in search of a problem." i.e., making the already too busy rear end even busier. But if it floats your boat, it's your car so go for it.

Not for me. I think the stock piece looks better. But if you like it, that is all that matters.
