Parking assist
Please help , I have 22 c8 without parking assist when they ship, almost a year now and still waiting for chervolet install the chip for me , what should I do ,or I have to wait for chervolet to contact me.

Contact your dealer and ask them. But I believe Chevy didn't start the replacement program as of this time. I was lucky with my 2023 as it was already installed.

Just wait. The parking assist for those cars shipped without it is still not available. Your dealer should contact you when it is, or subscribe to one of the multiple threads here, or just watch the new threads - when it comes out you will know.

Calling the dealer won't get you any information. GM hasn't communicated anything to them about this retrofit on affected cars yet. Obviously, the "expected to start in Q4 2022" didn't happen.
I sent a PM to the Chevy Customer Service user account on this forum, as have others. They did not reply.
I really don't care, and don't find it necessary. Rear cross traffic alert is still there, which is far more useful.
