Default Battery maintainer questions

I have a bit of an issue connecting my battery charger to my HTC C8. I park the car under a 4-post lift and my ceiling height is only just over 10'. In order to park a car above it, I don't have much room to open the hood. I'm just wondering if anyone else has come up with an alternate solution for connecting the charger. Thank you.

Some run the charging cable back toward the window and out near the wiper. Try running it this way before moving the car under the lift.

Hook up the charger, run the cable, and shut the frunk prior to pulling in and parking.

That's what I have been doing. Just wanting to know if someone may have a better idea. Thanks

Some people permanantly run a cord from the battery to an easily accessible location and use that to connect a mantainer.

I ran it down to the brake cooler duct in the front. Works for me.

i can see it entering the duct, where does it go after that in order to get to the frunk power port?

I didn't go to the power port. If you remove all of the plastic covers to the battery I ran the Ctek extension directly to the battery. Snap the covers back on and you can't see the wire. Wrapped the plug with velcro and it sticks inside the duct when not in use.
