Anyone loose Navigation audio? It's on in settings
Could you have possibly turned down the volume on the Navigation? I have accidently done that myself before. You adjust the volume on the Navigation, by using the up and down volume while the Navigation is speaking. I'm not sure if there is a internal setting to adjust when it's not talking.
This is one of my pet peeves with the "Infotainment" system.
There is a separate setting for navigation / voice audio levels.
Here's the PROBLEM, and GM SHOULD LISTEN TO THIS. You can't adjust that volume level, UNLESS some sort of audio is actually PLAYING at the time that you turn the goddamn ****!!!!!!!!
There needs to be an AUDIO MIXER settings panel added that lets you see the various volume settings and adjust them at any time.
When in Navigation map view touch the box with three dots in it, that brings up Navigation settings. I believe there is an option there to adjust Navigation volume under Navigation Voice Control.

Wut?
Different settings are great. When cruising long distance, why have the annoyance? The settings are available separately through the menus when you're not actually using the function. Part of setting up the destination should be a check of the volumes.

No they are not. Show me a PICTURE of a VOLUME SLIDER for "VOICE VOLUME".
I'll wait...

I just checked. That setting only affects the in-built navigation app volume (which I do not use).
Doesn't have any effect on the phone volume, or voice alert volume.
I still stand by my assertion that ALL volume mixer settings should be located under the SOUND settings in the infotainment center. There is an EQ there, why not a mixer control there as well???? GM, you listening?
On my C7 the Nav volume would lower on its own now and then. As others have noted it can be tricky. If you happen to lower music volume at moment Nav is talking it will get changed.

I had trouble with volume for WAZE gps on my phone for a few days. After trying many things, I found that the volume **** on the dash screen controls both audio and voice volume but the volume toggles on the wheel control only audio. So I turned up the **** to hear gps voice better then controlled audio with wheel toggles.
