I prefer the GM OEM indoor car covers. They fit like a glove and have a very soft flannel under liner that will not scratch your Corvette's finish. They also come with a nice embroidered storage bag for keeping your cover clean when not in use. At least the one for my C7 GS did. The below is for a C7 GS, but I think it give you an idea as to how well they fit. You might check the price from this forum sponsored GM parts dealers such as Cultrag, GM Parts Monkey and such as may save you some money.

I'm looking for one of the GM covers and I saw the type with the zippers. What are the zippers made of? Will they scratch if you take the cover on and off frequently? Is it black with red stitching? A pic would be helpful because the pictures on the GM rewards website are not that good. Thanks

The fabric is a very silky material. It has the logo embossed over the entire cover and has red stitching. It is made such that the zippers never contact the car.
I have had several car covers so decided to spec what works for me and then found one. The nice thing is it was inexpensive:
1. I travel and stay in hotels and wanted a cover that would reduce interest in the car. I did not want Logos advertising corvette
2. I want to take the cover on/off a lot solo. I found form-fitting covesr difficult and especially fitted mirrors. Why fit the mirrors?
3. I dont need zippers/hatches etc. If I use the smartcharger I just run it down under the cover. If I need to get into the car I take the cover off. If you need zippers that means its difficult to take the cover off.
