Where are you located? Are you willing to travel?
I spent a couple of days just calling dealers until I found one in my state (at MSRP).
It takes a bit of work but it can be done. If you find a dealer that has one, you will need to confirm at MSRP and the build you want (like Z51 or non Z51).

Do not pay above MSRP for new right now. All used should be well below with the exception of Z06. Unless you are seeing at least 15% off Avery recent, low mileage, in warranty C8, run for the hills.
The market is softening some non Z06 cars can be bought at list. Many dealers are getting in cars that were ordered that the customer no longer wants, possibly due to higher interest rates. Hook up with a dealer tell them what you want and sit back. You will get a call. Got a call in the morning bought Z51 Convertible. Few hours later got a call on a 70th Anniversary Convertible Carbon Flash, bought it. Both at list.

Are you flipping or keeping them both?

Bought the Anniversary car for my wife. It replaced her 2020 Z51. My business partner bought the convertible Z51 replaced his 2016 3LT car. We had two cars on order they should arrive at the dealership in May. If you find a dealer close to you,
should be able to pick up on the cars people have ordered and can't take delivery.
