I posted over on the Z06 forum but here too as I may get more responses:I just had my OEM tires transferred over to a set of Forgeline wheels and had new DELCO TPMS for C8 that were purchased from a good forum vendor I have done business with before. On the TPMS order it had me enter the model (Z06) and the serial number to make sure they were the correct part. I took the car out for a drive today and after about 30 minutes and 3 stops I got a TPMS error message, Checking the 2023 OM (excerpt below) it says the car must be stationary for 20 minutes before doing the drive to calibrate the sensors. Does that mean the engine has to be on and at idle for 20 minutes or just sitting stationary shut off? Shortly after I started the first drive, maybe 5 minutes, I checked to the tire pressures and they indicated 29 or 30 on all 4 tires. Once I got the TPMS error message they all showed --
Any other thought to get the new TMPS working?

TPMS Sensor Matching Process — Auto
Learn Function
Each TPMS sensor has a unique
identification code. The identification code
needs to be matched to a new tire/wheel
position after rotating the tires or replacing
one or more of the TPMS sensors. When a
tire is installed, the vehicle must be
stationary for about 20 minutes before the
system recalculates. The following relearn
process takes up to 10 minutes, driving at a
minimum speed of 20 km/h (12 mph).
A dash (-) or pressure value will display in
the DIC. See Driver Information Center (DIC)
0 92. A warning message displays in the DIC
if a problem occurs during the relearn
process.
If you have the correct TPMS sensor and it is not malfunctioning, the initialization procedure is automatic, with no owner actions necessary. I've purchased tire and wheel sets that were shipped mounted and balanced w/ new TPMS, as well as rotating tires from side to side, and 100% of the time all I had to do was drive to have them iniatize in their new locations within 5-10 miles.
It's the same w/ our Porsche 718S, Mazda MX-5, and Hyundai Santa Cruz. That's become essentially standard on all modern vehicles.

Maybe your problem is faulty sensors? The forum vendor would probably work with you to replace them.
I took a short drive today and the TPMS seemed to synchronize OK. I have a longer trip scheduled for tomorrow and will add to this post hopefully verifying all is well. Thanks for the help
EDIT 3/04/2023: Went on a great 150 Mile driveout leading 10 other Corvettes. The car and the TPMS are all happy and I am happy. Thanks all. At least my saga is not like the other TPMS thread running now.
