Default MacMulkin Experience

On Friday, I received my 2023 Corvette marketing brochure from MacMulkin, roughly six months after taking delivery of the Ghost (my CMG HTC) at the Museum.

The brochure brings closure to a near-flawless transaction. As soon as I put the deposit in, I knew my status at all times. When my allocation came up, my order was ready for assembly. Shane and Becky (Museum, not MM) held my hand until the Boulevard.

The one minor glitch was slow confirmation of my bank wire (balance due) on the MM end. Apart from that, I have nothing but praise for the efficiency of the operation.

Overall, my MM experience is/was exceptional. The kicker? I was told, initially, 12 to 14 months in line. When I took delivery in September it was 10.5 months. Hats off to MM!

So it took awhile to find out if they received the wire? Thanks

The delay in confirming receipt of funds was unsettling but not alarming. (I am comparing other large dollar bank wires.) As above, through the finish line and beyond (brochure) MM delivered exceptional customer service.

Excellent experience with MM here, too.

They verified my wire transfer within a couple hours of it being sent.

I can understand why this would be concerning, because you have 7 days to make payment in full or forfeit your deposit and the car.

I received my 2023 Corvette brochure today from MacMulkin.
Corvette Museum delivery on 3/16/23. Jack said 10-12 months and it was 9 months, 2 weeks!
MacMulkin is first class! Will do business again.

Same experience here. I bought my C8 though MM, picked up my car at NCM in November, and received my 2023 Corvette Brochure from Adam at MM today. They were absolutely first class from start to finish.

You can if you buy Cadillacs and Corvettes. After having such a fantastic experience with MacMulkin on my 2020 Corvette purchase, I ordered a Cadillac LYRIQ for their Cadillac side. It's been built and is awaiting shipment. So far, the Cadillac experience has been as good as the Corvette experience.

I’m patient and have been waiting 6 months since placing my deposit. I’m at 422 on the wait list and was quoted 10-12 months, so we’ll see. The only gripe I have was a less than professional response from MM when asking for a receipt or acknowledgment of a large (to me) wire transfer.

It was nine months from order to courtesy delivery for my 2022 HTC. A perfect transaction with our friends at MacMulkin. I enjoyed the experience so much, that when the time comes, I will be buying my wife's new Cadillac there as well...

It is good to see a positive dealership experience being reported. MacMulkin does seem to have the buying experience down to a well oiled process.

Excellent for me as well - Original estimate was 10-12 months, picked mine up just before the 9 month mark. Every dealer should look to these guys for what they should be doing.

To this point, my experience has been great. I ordered last July and I'm at status 3400 with the HTC to be produced on 4/13 or 4/14. My biggest concern is the 7 days. The contract wording is as above. I am going out of the country on 4/16 and return on 4/23. If the car is built on the projected dates, I may not be able to meet the 7 day deadline. I have funds available for wire transfer but prefer not to do that while I am traveling outside of the country. I have sent multiple emails to them as well as a phone call to try and discuss and get a resolution on my situation. I know the folks are very busy but to this point, there has been no response to any of my attempts. Will try again tomorrow!

Why will you not wire the money on the on 4/15? You know the amount. MSRP - 3,000 + 472. Put your VIN in the wire instructions.

Not sure of your 472 number, but I also have to pay my TX taxes to them. I do not have the official window sticker so it makes it a little more difficult. I have the wiring instructions for the deposit but is it the same for final payment, has it changed in 9 months? A simple discussion/response would take care of it. I expect all things will work out fine but would like to get some closure on the situation.

Did you have to ask MM for the brochure? I’d like one but haven’t seen it. I definitely agree with the MM experience as first class.
