It may be the one that claims to improve the PDR resolution and a few other software updates. I did it a few weeks back on my '22, and it installed quickly in under 5 minutes. If you go into the settings/update menus, and hit the info button, it should tell you, since it's already downloaded to your car if you got the notice.

You can tap Later or do nothing i.e. ignore it and the announcement will go away. You have 60 ignition cycles to complete the OTA. After that, it dissolves into the ether. So plenty of time.
You can launch it manually: Home>Settings>System>Vehicle Software>Updates Then following the bouncing ball on the info screen. Current pending and successfully installed OTA are found there.
You are correct, it is best to be in a semi permanent location i.e. home since the car will be inoperable for a period of time.
