Shane's job isn't to track orders for everyone ordering a new Vette, although because he is a good person he does. He has access to the GM system to aid in coordinating the scheduling of those who have chosen the R8C Museum delivery option, which supports the Museum and pays his salary.

I didn’t have much luck with chat bot or concierge. My C8 was scheduled for this week. Concierge stated this morning that it was pushed to the end of May. I followed up with Shane who said it will definitely be built this week. They must access to different databases.

Our sales guy was not very responsive so I would just skip the middleman and email Corvette Concierge corvetteconcierge@chevrolet.com Just send them your order number and they will get back with your status typically the next day. Good luck, you will love the car!
