Default Order confusion

I talk with my dealer and he pulls up Workbench and claims my order to be status 3000. He gave me the attached pic of the order (supposedly from Workbench) which shows status=3000. I then call Corvette Concierge and they claim order is at status 500?? Who is correct?

Only thing I can comment on is that Corvette Concierge seems to be off very often. Every time I call they say the same thing. Status 3000 and when I email Shane he has given me far more updates with TPW. For instance, He was able to give me a tpw while at status 3000. Last week I moved to 3100. I try to call Corvette Concierge every time Shane gives me an update and every time they are different from what Shane says. I moved to status 3300 after emailing with Shane this morning. On 4/26 I was 3100 and today 5/1 I am 3300 with TPW of 5/8. When I call CC they say I am still at 3000 with no TPW. They have been saying this since 3/21.

Closure. I talked with my dealer and for some reason they resubmitted the order. I was not aware of the resubmission, nor did I have the new order number. Good news - I am at status=3000.

Since the '24s are in dealers already I thought the '23s production was finished, is your car supposed to be a model year 2023? I am curious. Thanks.

This thread is from May 2023, so his order was probably for a 2023.
