Two versions I have installed….Powerlab cable that turns on the OEM bay lights (tinted orange with film), and rear window WindRestrictor with graphics.
I went to configure a Corvette, to chekc out other options, and saw a engine lightening and carbon fiber option. Is this new or had I missed it months back?

That option wasn't available for a while and now it appears as if it's available again..
The Engine Appearance Package is more than just the CF mid panels, it also includes the bay lighting. Unless you’re looking for something other than CF, most aftermarket mid panels are in the $750 range. The bay lighting can be added later and the kit is about $150, your labor to install. So pretty much a wash.
I think starting in 24 the engine compartment led lights were made available as a $100 option separate and not part of the appearance package.
Great option and one of the cheapest I chose on my C8. If you haven't ordered your car yet and want it best to do it now.
Paying $150 for the harness/lights and then having to crawl around removing what's necessary to run the harness is something I didn't want to do.
