Default Thanks Shane

I hope everyone that used Shane for information while anxiously waiting for any news on their new C8 sent him a Thank You email once your C8 arrived. I know I did...

I will be as well and hopefully I'll be able to do that in person when I take delivery at the museum at the end of this month.

This will be our first museum delivery actually. I didn't do it for my 2003 and regretted it so didn't want to pass it up this time. I'm sorry no one explained to you about it before placing your order.

Shane does do a remarkable job with both the planning and the best Dealer Prep in the business. Baskets & Edible Entrees for his staff are always appreciated!

Is that something you would have to do in person or is there some way to do that remotely?

Default Shane

Shane is the best and Number 1 in my book.
A lot of people and businesses could learn a lot about customer service from him.

I figure that a basket sent to the NCM with his name on it would get to him..........

The museum is very fortunate to not only have Shane for their delivery program, but also all the other staff that gets the cars ready for the new buyer delivery. They do make the day very special.

Emailed Shane a few times with regards to my order status. I find it amazing even though I am not doing Museum Delivery, he answers within a few minutes with info that I don't get from my dealer or the Corvette Concierge! Shane is a rarity!

Shane has access to information that your dealer and the Corvette Concierge do not have. His access seems to be more on the production level than the sales level.

I thanked Shane personally when I visited the museum. He helped me keep my sanity for 13 months until my car was delivered.

Shane is the best. He replies promptly even thou he is not required to (for those of us that didn’t do Museum delivery). A group of us made a collaboration and gave him a Visa giftcard. In this times, it is hard to find dedicated people like him.
