I recently installed a titanium cat back from Topspeed 1, I drive it, and a few hours later, I start to hear the rattle. I took it back to the shop thinking it’s starting to rub against the chassis. Shop checks it out and says it’s from the Bellow. Manufacturer blames the shop saying it’s hitting the chassis. I don’t know what’s going on help here’s some videos.

also the manufacturer just wants to refund me for the whole thing. I already paid for installation which sucks. The other option is I send them the exhaust and they fix it but that makes no sense to me because I paid for a brand new one not a refurbished one.
I agree w. above: take the money back for the unit, and take the loss yourself on the installation cost. You (may have) bought on looks, not on reputation.
Maybe they do good work for other brands, but this isn't an "other brand." Good luck. Hope you get your money for the system, at least, back.
By the way, how confident are you about the installation company? Just asking the question since things can go wrong there, too.

What third party manufacturer warranty or return policy covers installation costs? None that I've seen. As far as "new", you'll be getting the same new one you bought back. It's only "used" because you used it, not something that came off of someone else's car. If you have a flat tire, do you expect the tire manufacturer to give you a brand new tire or repair your used one? I think your expectations are a little unrealistic.

if I buy a new tire, I expect to be receiving a brand new tire not a defective tire. I dont see a manufacturer fixing a defective tire, they’ll send me a new one.

Watched your 4 videos. Can't really tell the issue from those. Is the exhaust hitting the rear frame? Don't see what the manufacture can do, that appears to be an installation issue. If you were trying to show one pipe was supposed to be welded to another to stop vibration from causing them to rattle, can see manufacturer could weld in a small brace. That is not a repaired unit.
Frankly from when the first pics of the C8 exhaust came out was very suspicious of "simple CAT back systems." Tenneco who designed the C8 (C7 etc) and builds the exhaust (and my good customer for our patented welding shielding gas system they have on ~125 arc welding robots) discussed the major heat issue they had to deal with because the exhaust pipes, mufflers so close coupled to the exhaust headers. Unlike Front Engine cars (like the C7) where the exhaust cools before it gets to the rear mufflers. They have significant insulation and very careful design to fit the mufflers into that confined space.
They only thing I have seen that matches their effort is from Borla. Borla has a good video on all the steps they took for heat control. They are the only exhaust I am aware of that has GM approval, can be purchased as an option and installed by a Chevy dealer with some warranty!
Top pic a Titanium Exhaust, may not be yours. Bottom 3 are OEM, designed and built by Tenneco a Tier 1 supplier. Note insulation they provide.
Hate to sound unempathetic but been modifying cars since I built my Hot Rod when in high school. If noise is your only issue may have to live with it! Or I would fine the defending pipe/muffler area and "alter the slightly touching surfaces with a mechanics ball peen hammer."

A defective tire probably can't be repaired. An exhaust can. The warranty spells out the manufacturers obligations, and they generally state repair, unless it can't be repaired. If your C8 has a defect, do you expect GM to give you a whole new car, or fix it?
Designer Imagines A Corvette That Looks More Like a Corvette Than the Corvette
