So I picked up my 2023 70th Anniversary HTC this past Friday, and being my 4th C8, I am very familiar with all of the features and nuances of the car.
I am having 2 issues that I don't understand and I am asking for help.
Issue #1 is that the blue OnStar button won't complete a call to OnStar. After pushing it just beeps for a few minutes and then a message pops up that it is unable to connect. Not sure how to solve this.
Issue #2 is a bit strange. Every time I start the car I am getting a notification that says SDCard with an eject button below it. I have erased this notification every time I start the car, but it always comes back. I have removed the PDR SD Card and reinstalled, no help. I have ejected and removed the NAV SD Card, no help.
What is causing this?
Any advice will be appreciated.

Issue 1- Maybe your car hasn't been 'activated'? Are you using the app? Getting notifications about stuff, able to use car related functions on the app that would suggest Onstar/chevrolet recognizes your car is functional and in the customer's hands?
Issue 2- Have you formatted the card? Do you get the message every time even if you have a- only NAV card installed, b- only PDR card installed, c- no card installed, d- both cards installed?
