2024 Order and Changes?

2024 Order and Changes?
The dealer I’m ordering through accidentally put my order in as a Convertible 1LT and I responded that they need to change it to a Coupe 1LT with the painted targa roof. How does this work? Do they just cancel and reorder or is it like a trim change?

I believe I’ve read that dealers can make changes through Mon after allocations released on Thurs. Just have the dealer change order ASAP and you’ll be fine as long as we’re taking about a ‘24 being ordered during this first cycle. If you’re trying to change a ‘23 order, I believe it’s well past the date to change that…

…Conti went over the ordering process recently…
He talks about that around the 8:00 mark to the 9:00 mark. Actually, orders can be changed on Tues as the last day to change.

80sRule, I believe that orders can't be entered until tomorrow, Thursday, at the earliest.
Be insistent with your salesman. Could it be the dealership is doing this on purpose?
