I'm getting frustrated with GM
I have a C8 HTC model 22 Z51 3LT that I bought it at the Tropical Chevrolet in Miami on January 22
The reverse camera stopped working and the car was in service for 2 weeks and at the end they came to the conclusion that the problem is a cable harness that has to be changed but after more than 7 months they still have not received it due to lack of supplies. The truth is that I think that is unacceptable because the car is under warranty
i contacted GM customer service but they cannot even give me an estimate of when they could receive the replacement i really love the car but parking it is very complicated due to poor rear vision Perhaps someone from the forum can advise me what measures to take or if I can ask for some type of compensation
any help will be appreciate

I want to keep the C8 because is my favorite car i ever had
but it's a shame how gm treats customer this is my third chevy and probably the last one
