I’m just saying we are all lucky, fortunate, worked had enough to have a C8.
So why not just be thankful and enjoy the Vette GM has designed and delivered instead of focusing attention on petty issues?
Totally agree. We live in an age where it seems more and more people are feeling they are entitled and they deserve everything. Work ethic is being destroyed quickly.

Because GM has a terrible track record of missing a lot of details, ignoring serious and sometimes dangerous flaws for years (for ever) so they need to be held accountable for every thing as much as possible.
In general I can see the LED lights on the "wall" except for the seat cooling fan. I wear sunglasses that block blue light so the blue dots are harder to see than the others. Putting my hand over it to shade the button allows me to visualize how many dots are lit.
Given the choice of removing the entire dash and pursuing an unknown solution to make the "great wall" LED indicators brighter or cupping my hand over them to see if they are "on," I think the choice is a good measure of one's sanity.
In mine, even the cupped hand does not darken the area adequately for me to see the LEDs in daytime. That was my first impulse, as well, but it doesn't work for me.

I suppose if the sun is at a certain angle it would be tough but I’ve had very little problem figuring it out. I really don’t fool with them enough to consider it a problem. Only controls I use regularly are the temperature control buttons.
Yes. If the sun is shining these LED lights are too dim to see. Love this car and this should be corrected. If we have to squint and focus on the console to see the indicator lights we are taking too much effort from the road and the enjoyment of driving this wonderful sports car. It might require two brightness settings. One for daytime and another for night driving.
Owners have had this complaint since VIN 0002 was delivered to its owner. (Hendrick's probably never actually drove VIN 0001, so that's why he didn't complain.) I think all of the lights in the interior are LEDs,and the can all be adjusted brighter or dimmer except the ones on the wall. Especially on a car with a removable or foldable roof, GM should have accounted for varying levels of brightness.
Maybe if the rumors of an interior redesign finally come true GM will address this.
In FL. I can definitely feel the seat cooler when cooling is turned on.
Regardless of what you feel, there's no actual "seat cooling." There are 2 fans in the seat bottom and 2 in the seat back that simply suck in interior air and blow it through the perforations in the seat. If you have the AC on, they'll pick up the cooler air from under the seat, but that's as close to a "seat cooler" as there is.
I've gotten used to them and really not much of a problem for me...I simply slide my right hand, slightly cupped, alongside the buttons and then press with my thumb if I need to change a setting...
Am I the only one or does anyone else think the LED’s need to be brighter. In daytime light I can not see the LED’s unless I put my hand over them. These are the lights for the center stack control functions. Has anyone done anything to make them brighter?

I think it's just, it's obvious GM does not care about sweating the details.
Getting the switch LEDs visible in daylight could have been assigned to an entry level engineer for ten hours.
And GM would have, except the attitude is "We'll sell every one we make anyway, who cares. Let's make some more unsellable EVs and send the photos to Washington, gotta prime the pump for our next bailout."
Pointing out engineering failures that would not be tolerated on a $15 toaster is not "bitching". And I get it, Corvette buyers have no limit to what they will tolerate from GM. It's just a shame to those who are not yet numb to it.
I with everyone on the seat heating and cooling buttons……cooling does not work so button is immaterial.

The seats are ventilated. There is no active cooling of the air itself. But moving air through the seats has the effect of cooling the person sitting in the seat. Air movement increases the convective heat transfer between the human body and the surrounding environment. The ventilation button does cause ventilation to happen which, assuming the surrounding air is cooler than the ~98.6 degrees, will cool the person in the seat to some degree.
