Spoiler delete?
I’d like to remove the Z51 spoiler. I haven’t decided what I want to replace it with yet (if anything). Does someone make a strip that goes full width, covers all the holes, and looks like it belongs there?

I don't know of anything that would or could inconspiculously cover the mounting holes. Kind of drastic & costly, but the best solution would be to replace the rear fascia [bumper cover] with the non-Z51 model so that there are no holes. For my '22 Z51, I did not want a spoiler and was able to select the "aero delete" option which eliminated it.

Didn't want the Z51 spoiler on my Stingray either so I bought the GM Genuine Accessory spoiler for my car. Subtle and definitely looks like it belongs there. It's a GM Accessory no less.

Try getting a hold of Alex at Sigala Designs and see if they will sell you the spoiler delete, that is made to just cover the holes. This piece goes the full length of the bumper fascia. Now I know they have it for the Z06 but not sure they make it for the regular Stingray. Hope this helps, good luck.
