I'm new to this forum.
Last week I was notified by MM that I went to 3000. That's good !
I signed for the GM e-mail notification. However I'm not familiar with Corvette Concierge.
Would someone explain that service? Thanks!

all I know is at Chevy.com a screen came up with a message icon, I texted “order status” or “agent” and they guided me to updates and where the order is. Hope that’s what your looking for…
Throughout my process, Shane at NCM was the only one that could provide accurate information. I found the Concierge and Virtual Assistant pretty much worthless.

I guess luck then, they have been right on for me…

This is about right. Shane is VERY accurate on the TPW and VIN# very early on. Chevrolet not so much.
I found the concierge service absolutely use less. My car delivered to Criswell in Maryland and then shipped to me in Fort Worth. It was after all that and I have my car and they advised it was built.
