2022 C4 of the Year Finalist - Unmodified
Default Individual or Custom Program

I did a search here and didn't see this topic which sort of surprises me. As a halo car I wonder why Chevrolet hasn't offered a program similar to BMW or Porsche to customize your car and essentially build a one-off? Maybe just limit it to the Z06 since one of the larger complaints I see is the lack of visual difference between a base car and a Z06--we've seen this before-- C4 base/ZR1. I even thought it would be cool if they did some retro colors e.g. Aztec Copper, Tasco Turquoise, Nassau Blue Metallic, Saddle Tan Metallic, LeMans Blue, Black Rose Metallic, etc... Yea I know you can do a wrap but I've never been a fan especially when it cost $5k plus to get something really nice. Just spit ball'n here...

GM's halo car is the Celestiq. Order it any way you want it. Each one is hand built to order. The Corvette is a mass produced vehicle.

I think any program like that would slow down production of regular C8s, and GM hasn't been able to meet the demand for those. If having a unique car is important, there are other options. The C8 can't be all things to all people.

While it’s a nice car, it’s still a Chevrolet.
