If it is the ticking you hear, that is just the fuel injectors, High pressure direct injectors are noisy.

Looks like it’s running smoothly. I know what rough sounds like, because I burned a spark plug wire today.

I'm worried because the lifter was already broken when I bought it from the dealer shop..
