Ciocca Ticket number.
I've had a ticket number #5540 since last October and the past few weeks my number finally came up and I put money on a down payment and selected my trim level, color, etc. I was torn badly between the convertible and the coupe and the interior colors as well as trying to decide whether to go with black or red exterior. In the end I chose a black, 2LT convertible with the Z51 package, GT2 seats and the tan interior, along with a few other options. I also chose the Tech Bronze 20-spoke wheels, which I'm pretty excited about. I am curious, however, for anyone that has ordered at Ciocca, AFTER you have put money down with them, how long did it take for GM to pick up the order? My understanding is that as of right now the order is ready to go and Ciocca is basically waiting for GM to pick it up and start the build. I know that there were in the 5500's when I was emailed about it, and like I said above, my ticket number is 5540.
This was my time frame when I bought my car from Ciocca. Obviously, different situation now with the ongoing strike and other factors, but hopefully this gives you a rough idea.
8/19/2021 $1k deposit placed
7/14/2022 $5k deposit placed
7/25/2022 2000 status
8/30/2022 3000 status
10/5/2022 3800 status - car built
10/22/2022 Picked up
Generally, once you've placed your 2nd deposit and order, it takes to about the end of the month for GM to accept it on average.

Hmm, interesting. What do you mean by 2000, 3000, and 3800 status? Right now I've placed the deposit, which I thought would be $5,000, but it was only $3,500 for whatever reason. My sales agent (Amoni) told me that the next step is for GM to pick up the order and that I'd be notified when that happened and at that point I could track it through GM.

It should not be long before your order gets picked up and then you’ll see your build status move higher.
