Short story. I put down my deposit back when the 2022 were still available and had my heart set on a white car with Morello Red Dipped interior. This interior color was dropped going into ’23 and after waiting a year for “my turn” to order, I bailed. I couldn’t get over the loss of the interior I wanted. I decided to look for a used ’20 – ’22 with the color combo I wanted. This has proven to be like searching for a white elephant. I can count on 1 hand how many I have found nationwide over the past 6 mos. and ALL of them had/have a transparent top, which I don’t want.
My question is, how difficult would it be or how much money am I looking at to buy a solid white top with a Morello Red headliner?
Thanks,
Mark
Thank you for the response. I could by any color I suppose and have it painted Arctic White.
Are the headliners actually Morello Red I wonder or simply black?
Thanks again.
Mark
Offer to trade the clear roof for someone's preferably white one (or any color, and just have it painted to match), then order the headliner of your choosing from the parts counter (they're only held on with adhesive). If you can get the VIN of a car with the headliner you want, that will make it even easier to order. It will be a little bit of jockeying around, but by no means tough since you know exactly what you want.
