Video on YouTube yesterday by salesman said there is no wait list for Stingray. Only wait/delay is order/build time. Said around two months. Also at MSRP. How times have changed.

The times may have changed, but salesmen have not.
Yup and MM was 3 mo deposit to delivery back in May…..until the generals Emp decide to strike, or decides to either give no allocations or hold your car at 3800 for weeks ….
still waiting since May 6 deposit….its all about timing and if you lucky maybe it will work in your favor ….but buyer beware & dont believe the hype …

If that’s the same video I saw yesterday that wasn’t an employee of Ciocca. It was a YouTube guy. I haven’t seen any posts here that indicate Ciocca has no wait list.
I saw that video yesterday. I guess the only caveat is that Ciocca no longer does courtesy delivery.
Not True! Dave Salvatore said some time ago they will do CD IF you are sure the dealer will take care of any issues, i.e. fit, finish etc. Like any selling dealer they can not deal with the issue. it's between the CD dealer, GM and you.
I did my homework and found a small dealer 30 miles from home who would do for $350 and bends over backward to get my aftersales service. that's where most make the most money. For my 2017 Grand Sport the service manage found two dirt sports under the clear, I would not have found. he said my call and we dove ~150 yards to their body shop. The manager said he could fix in about 2 hours. Drove home and ~3 hours later had wife drive me and drove it home. I signed a no charge Invoice going to GM
For my C8 the car arrived late from BG. Service Manger called and asked if I wanted to watch as they removed the white plastic. Got there ~5 PM when all Techs were gone. The Service Manager and the dealer owner's son removed the white plastic. They looked for defects and found none. Have earned my aftersales service over the large Chevy/BMW/Mercedes dealer in town. Great folks, great 8 trained tech.
I would only have CD where I was getting my car serviced. They have an incentive to do a good job.
I'm at Ciocca as I write this post. It's true. Place an order now and your wait is the build time and time for delivery. There are no talks about discounting off of MSRP but the prospect of having cars on the lot in quantity is closer than anyone thought.
