Pedal Commander vs Soler P2138 code

Pedal Commander vs Soler P2138 code
Hey all:
I have the Pedal Commander on my 2023 for a yr with no issues, but now it pops the P2138 code and goes into limp mode.
Clearing the code, and restarting, once shifting to D or R, pops it again instantly.
Removing it, everything stays normal.
Would going with a new Pedal Commander or Soler throttle controller have any better effect?
The Pedal Commander I have is about 5 yrs old, and I have used it on 3 of my C7's again with no issues.
Just not sure if going to the Soler would be a better choice and not have the error...
(both on order... haha)

I've had the Pedal Commander for 2 years and haven't had any problems whatsoever. I don't know for sure if they are interchangeable w/C7's or not but my guess is that you need to update your Pedal Commander. If it is interchangeable, there's probably something wrong with it. A new one should fix the problem.

Perhaps your older Pedal Commander is outdated and has had some changes / updates made to be more compatible with the C8?
I have the latest version of Soler Throttle Controller installed on my '23 C8 and have had no problems whatsoever...

Ellis- I had a similar issue. I had a PC in my C7 and Camaro. When I got the C8 last year same exact thing happened to me. I don't remember the code but I do remember it constantly going into limp mode, etc. Car was brand new and I wasn't having it. Now that some time has passed I feel a TC should be in my future to compliment the ported intake, tb, exhaust, etc. Update us in about a week. If all is well I might have to make the jump as well. BTW am I crazy or weren't these damn things like $100 back in the day LOL

From my research it seems the Pedal Commander and the C8 don't agree with each other after about a yr or so.
Haven't seen anything on the Soler TC throwing codes on the C8, thats why I went with it instead of another Pedal Commander...
We'll see....
