C8 patch?

C8 patch?
I've been searching the interwebs and I cannot seem to find a C8 version. I want an patch to be able to sew on to a duffle bag so about 5" across. All I can find is a C7 version.
Anyone know if such an item exists?

Reminds me of a guy and a tie. Guy ask if I liked his tie. He said it cost him two thousand dollars. Stuck at the truth, I replied yes. Hmm? Yep he says. I bought the huge C8 patch - about 10" tall to sew on my C7 jacket (both patches on back).
Note that sewing a patch with the iron-on adhesive can break the needle.
Aside from eBay, they have patches on etsy.com as well - small ones for jackets and bags.
