I've been searching the interwebs and I cannot seem to find a C8 version. I want an patch to be able to sew on to a duffle bag so about 5" across. All I can find is a C7 version.
Buy a tee-shirt or sweatshirt and cut the image out!
In our area, there is a sewing-shop that will take digitize a picture you give them and the machine stitches in the image.
ABCpatches.com has a 3" x 3" version I've used. Can be sewn or ironed on. They also do custom patches, so they may be able to make a larger version for you.

Upscale local sewing machine store can use a scanned image. Or a found digital image. They did the work at a very fair price. They used the image reproduction as part of their embroidery training class for buyers of the fancy machines they sell. You can also search the web for free images. Use a descriptive C8 search term plus vector image. Millions of high resolution copyright free images on the WWW. I have a dozen Mexican beer label decals made from free to download vector images.
Reminds me of a guy and a tie. Guy ask if I liked his tie. He said it cost him two thousand dollars. Stuck at the truth, I replied yes. Hmm? Yep he says. My wife told me if I bought her a fancy sewing machine, she could make all kinds of great things. He smiled. So far, she's made one tie. And so it goes......

I bought the huge C8 patch - about 10" tall to sew on my C7 jacket (both patches on back).
Note that sewing a patch with the iron-on adhesive can break the needle.
Aside from eBay, they have patches on etsy.com as well - small ones for jackets and bags.

I got one of the ABC C8 patches and placed it on my rear speaker, I like the look.
