Yes, if next to each other there will definitely be contrast. My engine cover is also Edge Red, and my calipers are Bright Red, but the separation makes the difference less noticeable. If you have a lot of Torch Red accessories, then perhaps paint the cover Torch Red as well.

Just as long as the different reds aren't too close or butted up next to one another it really won't look odd...

There is a noticeable difference in the colors. The mismatch would probably bother me, but everyone has their own opinions on what works for them.
