I pulled the C8 trigger
I am waiting for the Xpel and ceramic coating and hopefully pick it up next week.
A couple of questions to you C8 drivers:
- Where did you get the charger/tender plug pigtail
- How do you like the run flats?

I have a Z-51 car so I’m blessed with “summer only” Michelin tires that will be replaced. My days of track time are behind me so there’s so need for them. However, they are quite an improvement from the Goodyear runflats that we had as standard equipment on our C5 and first C6.

You probably meant that you are coming from a 2017, correct? 2024s have been out for a while so hopefully you got a fair deal on the '23 you mentioned.
I think they just make stuff up... it has more electronics than my '23 MB E450 cabriolet, which can sit outside for a month with no tender? Very, very doubtful.
Still, the NCM did sternly warnme to always come to a full stop and put the car in park before operating the top so that the wind doesn't blow the car over. Seriously. So much of what they said was nonsense, I cut the "orientation" down to about fifteen minutes and skedaddled!
She told me the key fob ALWAYS had to be in the front cup holder anytime I am operating the vehicle. I could not help but laugh out loud at that one. Oh, and I should turn off the interior motion sensor every time I start the car, so that the alarm doesn't go off when passengers reach for something.
Really nice people, totally unmonitored, making up stuff to fill gaps in what they misheard or just could not understand.

2. 6500 miles in my Z51 2023 now. RF are no problem. Non RF would probably be quieter.
