Week old Z51 with 161 miles and I picked up a flat head screw in the rear driver's side tire.
Nothing in the owner manual that I can see about warranty coverage in case it cannot be repaired.
Anyone deal with a similar situation?
Unless you bought road hazard coverage from your dealer unfortunately not covered. Discount Tire will repair for free if safe to repair.
I don't know what's up with Discount/America's Tire lately. They installed my new black wheel lugs for free. Do they not want money? Are they getting stimulus checks?

Been there and done that. A nail on the outside tread next to side wall and $375 later. Not so sure someone didn’t put it there so when I moved the car it would puncture the tire.
Tires are never covered under the vehicle manufacturers' warranties. They're covered under the tire manufacturers warranty, but those don't cover punctures.
Tires are rarely warranteed by GM, but by the tire manufacturer, and many times you have to go to tire dealer, but in the case of puncture, there is no warranty. As others have said, go to Discount and most likely they will no charge it. They will simply ask you to come back and buy your tires there. I have been dealing with them for years. One of few places that still provide service.
