Day 2 of ownership and about 450 miles away from the 500 required to let it off the leash.

Question: is there anything like a door edge guard to put on the "point" on the door? LMK.

You forgot the high wing spoiler 😆.

Joking aside that's a sleek looking ride. Have fun getting to know the car and once you're past the break in period, start driving the hell out of it 👍

Default Thanks for the kind words guys

Appreciate the congrats and words of advice. The wait was painful, but the payoff is so sweet. I'm really impressed by the ride quality in Tour Mode. We have a 911 and an E Class Wagon and the ride is the best of both of those worlds and then some! Off to get paint correction/ceramic coating this week, then I'll be tearing up the roads. Again, any advice to somehow protect that door edge is appreciated.

I’ve put a 2” foam pad on our garage wall where the point hits. So far no marring on the door!

Congratulations on your new Vette.

I have not seen any type of protection for the door. After one year of ownership of a C8, I haven't noticed a need for protection.
