I have used a few different cordless blowers for car, motorcycle, blow out the garage and many other jobs. They all do the same thing and you really don't need one that can blow your house down. A middle of the road, medium priced blower will be more than enough to dry your cars, move the dust, dead bugs, leaves, or whatever.
After years of trying different leaf blowers, I finally sucked it up and purchased a Metro Vac Master Blaster. It's the best car dryer I have ever used. Not only does it filter the air so you're not blowing debris at your paint it also heats the air which helps cut down drying time.
The only downside is the Master Blaster draws 18 amps of current when both electric motors are operating. Better make sure to plug it into a 20 amp circuit or you'll be tripping fuses all the time.
^^^^^^^
Master Blaster all the way.
just make sure to use correct size electric circuit.
EGO 65V for the win, turbo and a big battery will get the job done.
I am "that guy" that opens up both doors and completely blows out the interior of vehicles too, it gets rid of basically anything that isn't bolted down.
The cordless leaf blower is a multi-purpose tool and does an amazing job.
I have two batteries so I can get a very long run time, it will be clean and dry unless I am in a hurricane
I just bought this blower and used it yesterday. It really does a great job and has pretty good power considering its small size. Plus, it's ergonomically better than the all the other "leaf" blowers with the long tube on the end. I've tried those and they are just awkward to get the right angle. This one is perfect!! I would highly recommend! Thanks for posting it!
Any leaf blower will work. Just grab one from the garage.
Yes they work, but not as easy as some of the others. Believe me, I didn't want to buy another blower just to dry the car off, but I got sick of the awkward leaf blower. Plus, it was an older one, and wasn't as powerful as these new, smaller ones.
I just use my Ryobi gas leaf blower, but I am not very effective with it. Maybe I just don’t know how to do this, but it seems all I do is chase droplets around until they dry rather than blow them off the car. I am much faster with a real chamois, dedicated for this vehicle only.
I have the exact one ,works awesome.
I only dry my wheels and side mirrors .
I like to dry my car ,I have 2 premium drying towels by RUG they are the best .
I already have this in my garage for yard work and find that it also works extremely well with blowing off water and dust off my C8! Also, there are no annoying cords or long tubing to get in the way!
I have this one. It's absolutely incredible. Project Farm approved. I did the whole yard, at least 45 minutes nonstop, and the battery still wasn't done.
Riobi is made by the same company that makes Milwaukee. Hong Kong. I don't like either brands. Wall mount a Master Blaster and get a longer hose for the best drying force. I had one and loved the performance, but it burnt along with my house. I'll get another.
