$40 for a cup mount phone holder. There are tons on eBay for $5/10 that sit snugly in the cup holder. I have one and it works perfectly. I think I’ll save my money.
I have one similar to this and used it in my C5, C6 & C7 without any modifications on it. For the C8 I had to cut off a portion of the bottom otherwise it would have been too tall. My partner uses one of the slots for her water bottle and the second one for her sunglasses. No Corvette tax and free shipping.
Why don't you use the SUV? My wife refuses to ride in the Corvette since it's so loud, uncomfortable, too low, hard to get in, hard to get out, no storage space, no place to hang her purse, and the list goes on...
How about leaving the phone in your pocket and enjoying the ride?
I've put 25k on my 2020, all of it for fun, no commuting. I do an 90 mile PCH drive every other Friday, just because I love the ride. Your comment is ridiculous.

I personally keep my phone in my pocket and use android auto with it. I can do everything via voice commands or the screen that I would do with my phone. Having the HUD also helps with google maps navigation being projected. The HUD and PDR are why I went with a 2LT only.
