2024 corvette
i am looking at putting an order for a coupe would like to know you who have the new coupe does it still make a ticking noise coming come the motor in the back and will i hear it in the cabin with the windows up?

I hear all sorts of belts and ticking and noises from the back when the windows are rolled up. I don't think it's a bad thing and I don't think it should deter you completely from your purchase decision. It's just a nature of the vehicle.

I’m not sure I understand the question but in the limited miles I have on my 2024 I haven’t heard any noises, ticking or otherwise, that are any louder than any other car and certainly nothing that bothers me enough to even notice 🤷♂️.
However I can say the car drives absolutely amazing and is a much nicer driving car than my five year old AMG. The AMG is incredibly well built and I hope the C8 is as “tight” and rattle free as the AMG is in five years… but the ride of the C8 is far superior to the AMG. The C8 is just so smooth on crap roads, much better riding than my AMG. The driving experience is as good as anything you can find to compare it to.

I have a '23 C8 Z51 coupe and don't hear any injector noise in the cabin at all! I find the C8's cabin to be surprisingly quiet...Moreso than my C7 was...

I know this don't help much, but I don't hear any ticking from my 2024. But it's a HTC not a coupe. I wouldn't worry about it though, it's probably the high pressure fuel injectors making the noise.

Because of the coupe vents in the hatch you probably can hear injector tick when it’s running more than the average vehicle but I don’t really notice because all cars make that noise now 🤷♂️
