While in any Driver Mode that's currently selected go to "Display Design" and under "Design" select the Display Design option "Link to Driver Mode" (make sure "Design:Linked" is now displayed) and then select either Tour, Sport, or Track displays for both DIC and HUD...You repeat this for each of the Drive Modes your currently in in order to customize each of the Driver Mode displays...
How do you save the DIC settings. Each time I start the car I have to reset all my previous settings.
What settings? There are tons of settings. Are you talking about display design settings? Such which tiles you want to display in each driver mode? It should remember those. Are you talking about setting up which display theme you want in each driver mode. etc. Some settings are just what was set last. Some are remembered when you set seat memory.
