Many of you may recall my son, Canaan Bower, the 16 y/o wrestler that stopped a kidnapping. The story went viral, still makes circles on tv shows regularly, and now a movie is being filmed about his life. Devastatingly, we lost Canaan recently. A humble hero. Our thing since he was young was corvettes and stargazing. He flew out with me to buy my 1st two vettes. We stargazed nightly. I found a way to honor him with my C8 which he never got to see. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=lf-i3mtcaDA
Sorry for your loss. Canaan was no doubt an amazing young man. In the vain of the good die young we have to believe that he's serving a larger purpose.
I just felt a strong need to put his name on the drivers side. No reason other than it felt right. Thank you for your words. Canaan touched many lives and left us a blueprint for how to live. He no doubt is serving a higher mission.
I usually hate any mods like this but after reading the story I think you should do the whole car. What a great son you raised. That was quick thinking and a great move he put on that scumbag. I know the pain of losing him will never leave your family but I know that you are proud of him.
Thanks for the positive comments. Canaan was amazing, if you watch the video in my OP or google his name and watch 1 of the numerous videos/stories/interviews you will see his character and moral compass. The spoiler wrap was simple, yet difficult. We are paralyzed with grief. On a positive note, we give out the 2nd annual Canaan Bower Legacy scholarship this weekend to a soon-to-be graduate.
