Default Cooled seats

My only complaint in the new car, is the cooled seats suck, barely feel anything. Jump in my 14 SRT JEEP you feel them immediately.
I love the car all the same..

Try directing the A/C not only towards your upper body, but also to the floor. The fans in the seat will pull the cooled air from the floor up through the seat. See if that helps.

The are VENTILATED seats, not to be confused with cooled, or air-conditioned seats. Same as in my former Chrysler 200.

100 percent agree, ventilated seats were a must have but they are weaker than they were on my c7...

I had not tried the vented seats but after a track day and temps about 100 on the way home, discovered the button and was extremely happy. Actually very happy.

I turn on the fan on high when ever it's warm outside and it feels good. No complaints here.

The ventilated seats in mine SUCK ***! I made sure to get them, but they don't do anything. I turned them on to full power and put a piece of paper on the seat and it just sat flat on the seat without moving. They have to be better than this, I'm planning on asking the dealer the next time I'm there. Really disappointing.

The C7 was definitely better, but needed it more because of the engine heat. But no excuse why it should work better in the C8.

I'm thinking of ordering an all black interior, as I saw the cooled seats were a thing on C8. Is it up enough to the task to knock down the burn a bit when sun has been on the seats?

They are ventilated seats....not cooled seats. There is no cold air system for the seats. Whatever the temperature of the air is around the seat is what temperature air ventilates the seats.

Having air move through the seat cushion is better than having no air move through the seats. The cooler the air gets in the car the more it cools off the seat.

I find ceramic tinted windows to be far more effective than the seat ventilation systems.

Ah, so it's all about the AC getting the air inside down first.

I have GT2 seats and they work. They are not chilling cold AC, but they do make a difference.

Having the AC blow on the floor (as well as the dash) helps, since that's where the seat fans pick up air.

Sounds like your seats are running backwards. You said yours suck *** when they should in fact blow ***. Might want to get that checked! /s
