Part of the DCT filter change is to do a computerized flush and to also check the level afterwards. If the level has been topped off like it should be you should be good. If you took it to a dealer and they did not top off or even check it (as my dealer did not) you'll be low.
My car was low enough I started smelling a burnt clutch smell. It was at least a qt low when my wife and I drained and filled the DCT two weeks after the dealer changed the DCT filter.
I'm also pretty sure they didn't do the required flush. They also installed my shear plate wrong and didn't reset my engine oil life but they did put a sticker on my windshield to change the engine oil in 3k miles. Never going back to that dealer...

As noted above, there is level check procedure - that is called out as part of the DCT filter change procedure. A summary of the steps is
1. Perform Hydraulic System Flush - aprox 10 minute procedure that is computer controlled while the engine is idling. Its goal is to move any debris in the lines or valves to the filter before the filter is replaced. Executes in a few minutes (8-10)
2; Remove and replace the filter.
3. Perform a transmission fluid condition and level check. This involves running the engine, cycling through the gears - achieving a specified fluid temperature range - then checking the fluid level through then normal fill opening on the side of the transmission. This is to replace the fluid lost when the filter was changed.
4. Perform a leak test. Its not stated as to exactly what this does - but it is computer initiated and controlled process. It takes just a few minutes.
Bottom line - if the tech follows the procedure, you are assured of a properly filled transmission.
