Have you checked to see if the OEM stealth trim components are available from the GM parts sellers (GM Parts Direct, Cultrag, Trunk Monkey etc.)? I assume they would be.
Has anyone used these overlays and then regretted and peeled off?
I'm wondering what the 3m adhesive tapes do to the surface of the factory trim underneath?
Thanks
RacerX
I have CF overlays and I do like them in the places I put them. I live in FL, daily the car and even in that heat I haven't had problems with them staying in place.
The nice thing is if you do want to change it up with a heat gun or hair dryer you can remove them and always add them back. There is no damage done to the factory trim if you use heat and take your time to get it back off. At my dealership we remove "3M mods" all the time with little to no issue including on a couple c8's.

Awesome!
I've bought a few and I haven't had the guts to put them on, now I will.
Along those same lines, I was thinking about a CF accent for the top/center of the steering wheel. Any thoughts on the 3m adhesive on the leather?
