2 reasons

-Emissions / V8 taxes / etc

-Europe is not a friendly place for PHAT *** wide vehicles. C8 is a wide load when you're navigating parking garages, etc.

WAYYY more expensive in Europe than USA. Something like $110k for the base car. Europeans are flabbergasted we can buy it for $65

Yep. Norway is the absolute worst about this. You'll pay nearly triple for a high performance ICE powered car.

Not all...but many, yes. RCZ-R is one that comes to mind. MG XPower SV. Renault Wind. Shooting brakes of all types. Isuzu D-Max Fury. Mitsubishi L200 Animal. Cupras. Sport Ka's. Ford Puma's. Eurospec Civics. Opel GT. VW Scirocco (3rd gen). Opel Tigra (especially the twin-top).

I would **** bricks if we could get new Kei-cars here in the USA as well. I still lust after a Honda S660. And I am livid that I can't get a 3rd or 4th gen Jimny in the USA. Not to mention wonderful things like a Mitsubishi Delica.

p.s.
God USDM spec cars are too ******* big. Especially pickup trucks.

I just finished a 2,500 mile round trip from Pittsburgh, PA to Anna Maria Island, FL and only saw 3 or 4 C8s on I-77, I-95, I-10 and I-75. Saw about 6 on the roads total in the Bradenton/Sarasota during the 10 days I was there.

Considering how fast C8’s are selling compared to previous versions it’s surprising how rarely I see another one.

I see people write “save the wave” or “don’t forget to wave”…. To who? 🤷‍♂️. We are just getting into driving season here so hopefully….

Yep spent 4 days around Tomball Tx and didn't see any Corvettes until the last day and saw 2 C8's within 15 minutes of each other.

Driving around Poplar Bluff I see Corvettes daily... anything from C4 to C8. I had a C6 behind me ( I was in my Ridgeline) in the tunnel car wash the other day.

So? Sorta like much of the US. I've seen but one where I live in all the years they've been out.

Here in Europe the price of C8 is too close to the price of "exotic car"... C8 Z06 priced like a Lamborghini \ Ferrari...

That is similar to my experience here in Cincinnati. Ferrari and Porsche drivers actually drive their cars. Whereas most C8 drivers in Ohio keep them in their garages under diapers.

The rest of the world tariff's and regulates any good American product to death and like the stupid fools we are we allow them to dump their junk in this country. It's not that our cars are inferior it is what I just described going on. The other factor is the "snob factor" and it is rampant in both cars and motorcycles and I have seen it in action my whole life.
